To help support your child better, I offer workshops & twilight sessions for parents to enable you to:

  • Introduce effective strategies to reduce procrastination
  • Help increase your child’s confidence, motivation & academic performance.
  • Help develop their resilience, wellbeing, and authentic happiness

I am happy to adapt my workshop to any specific areas that you are interested in, such as self-confidence, procrastination, pre-exam nerves, increasing resilience, reducing self-doubt, social media and sleep, realising your child’s potential, goal setting, strengths mapping, or using their inner coach.
